ASJ (Abrasive Suspension Jet) is a Semiconductor Singulation breakthrough where a continuous cutting and cooling water jet stream with programmable point that outperforms any cutting challenge in shape and material.

Ability to process curvilinear profiles and smaller kerfs less then 200µm.

Broad application for multi layer and exotic materials without concerns for smearing, chipping, burrs and delamination.
